Tranquility Base Bed and Breakfast is a large, modern home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Ancaster, with walking and bike trails near the Bruce trail, and three high end restaurants nearby and great pubs in town.

We are in the former Town of Ancaster along with the neighboring Dundas along with three other municipalities became part of the City of Hamilton in 2005

Tranquility Base Bed and Breakfast is less than fifteen minutes to downtown Hamilton, Copps Coliseum, Hamilton Place, Dundurn Castle, Hamilton Royal Botanical Gardens

We cater to guests that come to the area of Ancaster, Dundas, and Hamilton for Weddings and visiting family, and is ideally located for vacation travelers who want a unique experience.

Tranquility Base Bed and Breakfast offers exceptional service and comfortable beds in every bedroom. We want our guests feeling relaxed and refreshed during their stay with us whether being here for pleasure or business

We are also ten minutes from Hamilton International Airport.one hour to the bright lights of Toronto, Niagara Falls, Kitchener and the American Border.

If you have allergies please let us know in advance. We are happy to serve vegetarian or lactose or gluten free diets on request. Some of these are wonderfully surprising as we are experienced with dietary differences.

Our family room and extensive library of light reading are available to our guests. The coffee pot is usually on and our full farm breakfasts are limited only by your diet or your imagination. Dinners are available upon request. Please prearrange the dinner.
